Fund set up for fire victims (Martinsville Bulletin)
Linda Miller knows what it is like to lose a loved one in a fire. In the late 1990s, two of her children died in a house fire. Now, she has created the Heart-N-Hand Memorial Fund to honor her children and help those suffering the effects of a fire, she said.
